    My Story

    We each reached a point where we knew it was time for a change. Embracing that next chapter not only reshaped our careers but also

     opened the door to incredible opportunities, growth, and the chance to build something meaningful together.

     

    Tamra: As my youngest got older, I knew it was time to re-enter the workforce. Staying home with my kids had been

     a gift, and I loved every moment of it, but I had always looked for ways to contribute. From an online wedding gift business to creating gift baskets, I enjoyed having a way to earn extra money and build something unique that I enjoyed.

     

    At the time, I had taken on a part-time job as a gate agent at an airline. To put it lightly, I hated it. Then a friend of mine, a REALTOR®, encouraged me to finally go for it, and give real estate a try. In 2013, I earned my license, thinking I would help my husband, Marc, with his transactions for the flipping projects we took on, and maybe work with a few friends and family. But from the beginning, I was hooked! I loved the process—helping people navigate big decisions, negotiating deals, and figuring out creative solutions when challenges came up. My background running my own businesses and natural ability to connect with people made it a perfect fit. 

     

    At first, I thought my success was a fluke. Every big year felt like a lucky streak, something that would never happen again. But then it did—year after year, my business kept growing. It took time for me to fully believe in myself, to recognize that I wasn’t just getting lucky, I am good at this! And with that confidence, more and more doors have opened. 

     

    Marc: Turning 50 made me take a hard look at where I was headed. After serving in the military, I started a decorative painting business that I

     ran for more than two decades. I worked with interior designers to create custom finishes for high-end homes. However, the physical demands were catching up with me, and the idea of climbing scaffolding well into my 60s wasn’t exactly appealing. I needed a change. Something sustainable, something that would allow me to provide for my family without burning myself out.

     

    Tamra’s real estate business had been growing steadily, and I had seen firsthand how much she loved it. Before making the leap, I tried anotherjob in sales. It was miserable. I had always been someone who put the client first, who worked hard to get things just right. In that job, I had no control over the quality of what I was selling, and I hated it. That experience made the decision clear. I was ready to join Tamra in real estate.

     

    In 2019, we became a husband-and-wife real estate team. We had to learn to play to each other’s strengths. While Tamra excels at negotiations and client relationships, I focus on the details, helping buyers understand the structure of a home, walking them through inspections, and making sure they have all the information they need before making a decision. I love creating systems that keep our business running smoothly, ensuring every client has a consistent, high-quality experience.

     

    Real estate has given us something more than just a career—it’s given us freedom. With our kids now grown and our grandkids spread out across different states, being able to travel and spend time with them is a priority. We also love mentoring Young couples at our church. Christ is at the heart of our lives and impacts everything we do. We are truly grateful for the trust and support of our clients. It has changed our lives, and we hope to do the same for them—one home at a time.

     

    Our goal is to provide every client with the highest level of service, combining expertise, honesty, and a commitment to putting their needs first. From the very first conversation to closing day and beyond, we guide our clients through every step, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported.

     

    For buyers, we go beyond simply showing homes. We help them understand the condition of a property, pointing out potential issues before they spend a dime on inspections. During negotiations, we fight for the best terms, ensuring they get the most value for their investment. For sellers, we create a strategic plan tailored to their home, using professional marketing, pricing expertise, and strong negotiation skills to maximize their return.

     

    Above all, we approach every transaction with integrity. Our clients trust us to advocate for them, and that’s a responsibility we take seriously. Whether buying, selling, or just seeking guidance, we are here to serve you.
